Note: Projects up to 20k words have a minimum investment of $300. Projects 21k and above are charged at my per-word rates listed above.

You’ll also receive a 1–2 page editorial letter highlighting your writing strengths and suggesting areas to refine during revisions.

Step 4: Work together – I edit, you review and revise, then I do the final proofread.

This mini-edit service includes a review of your first 20 pages to identify areas for improvement, with specific examples from your manuscript. You’ll receive a detailed, personalized checklist explaining what to adjust and how, using examples from your work to show exactly how to apply each suggestion.

This service is designed for authors whose manuscripts aren’t quite ready for editing and still need more self-editing and revision.

Common areas for improvement include:

  • Overuse of filler words
  • Repetitive or redundant phrasing
  • Confusing or “autonomous” body parts
  • False simultaneity (events happening at the same time incorrectly)
  • Dangling participles
